Post-tensioning loadings are generated using the geometry of the path (modeled using a general second order curve) and the computed force in the cable. CIP RC/PT Girder models PT as a series of short linear segments and computes element fixed-end forces due to these segments and their relationship to the CG of the section. CIP RC/PT Girder determines the elements within a given PT path and generates a FE PT load for it.
